William H. West Jr., was born in Wayne County, NC on May 7, 1933 to the late William Houston West Sr., and Lotha VanHoy West.
William was a member of Clingman Street Church of God, where he served as a usher and was an active choir member.
William was a member of the Wayne County Amateur Radio Association in Goldsboro, NC. He passed away on April 10, 2001.
